It was a small hotel. Everyone was nice as well as owner. The room was immaculate and updated, included with a king size bed, a fridge plus AC. The venue had indeed a marvellous and fantastic location in a pleasant residential area.

The location is central. It's walking distance to bars and eateries too. This is a hotel go-to for Dennisport!

The bathrooms are very small.

Everything was spotless, the parking was nearby, the room was immaculate and extremely spacious. The staff there were courteous and nice. The room was updated from the pictures and available with refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. We had a superb time staying at this hotel.

Traveled with my boyfriend, overall the hotel was nice little. My accommodation was set in a central location adjacent to Dennisport or the surrounding and an excellent restaurant and Cape Cod.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the tiki bar, beach, and Ocean House. The friendly owner went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment. Cozy, clean rooms with great access to the pool and beach. Will definitely be returning year after year!

Everything was spotless, stunning location away to the Cape, the staff were welcoming. The food was great overall. Location: the hotel was not far from local restaurants and Ocean and a beach right across the street and lots of dining options within walking distance. Had lunch/dinner at Pelham House Resort, which I found within easy walking distance of the property.

The hotel is situated in a more residential-like area, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and updated, offering a comfortable stay for guests. Additionally, the pool is well-maintained and provides a refreshing option for relaxation.

Some guests mentioned noise issues in the rooms, particularly if staying on the first floor.

Everything was perfect, I recommend. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a superb area, near a very nice South Dennis beach, and Dennisport's restaurants. The queen room with refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot had basic facilities you need. Very friendly staff and the location was relatively quiet. I checked out Sundae School Ice Cream, that was set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.
